I am an entrepreneur, strategist, consultant, creative, moderator and team captain. I don’t fit in one category. I am not interested in one thing, but in interesting things, interesting people, interesting ideas, interesting companies, philosophies and products.

My focus is on strategy, conception and implementation, not on pure theory. I am able to grasp complex, theoretical systems very quickly, to simplify them, to put them down on paper with strong words and persuasive power, to describe directly the path to realization and to help organize it.


I work to create extraordinary – content-driven – value. As an entrepreneur, I know the realities of everyday business life and find the solution that best suits the task at hand and the respective framework conditions. On smallest or largest scale tasks.


My management philosophy is based on personal responsibility, individual skills and a shared commitment to excellence. I can listen well or lead the word. As the situation demands.

I am a former racing cyclist and would be happy to advise you on the best bike for you. But that is another story.

Background: Born in southern Germany, raised in a small village with great people and great ambitions. As a member of our local cycling club I won several road races and finished several times top ten in regional and national championships. I missed a professional career in sports as I trusted in strong willpower, training, apple juice and bananas, which wasn´t competitive enough at that time. What remained is my strong willpower, focus and a great sense of sportsmanship in everything I do. And my passion for bicycles and sports overall.


After my higher school diploma I served in the German Army for two years based in Cologne and Strasbourg/France (Eurocorps). After two years I finally realised, that although I liked the style of uniforms, I could not see myself wearing one for a lifetime. So I put on my pink shirt and went to Hamburg.


In Hamburg I graduated in Communications/Marketing at Kommunikations-Akademie Hamburg (BA) and started my working career in Marketing in 1999.


Up to now I am resisting to see my profession as a consultant as a mere ratio, facts and figures driven profession. I started to work in Marketing because I like the power of creativity and creative ways to tell fascinating stories. I myself am a word and visual nerd.  That is why creative people and specialists of many different kinds have always valued fruitful discussion beyond the expected. I love to be inspired, I always try to serve as an inspiration and to support great people, thoughts, visions and ideas.
