Certainly, a brand doesn’t develop on its own. You have to be relentless and honest to yourself and often search a little longer for the “Eureka” moment, dig a little deeper, take a closer look until the true specific characteristic can be identified and worked out. And that can also cause a major headache, which I am more than happy to accept – as I know that a brand on a well-thought-out foundation causes this headache only once and not again and yet again.
